Each bag of Big Ass Iced Coffee is hand-packed in Beverly, MA fresh out of the freeze dryer. We weigh each bag to make sure it has 0.5 oz, or 13G of product. One bag will give you anywhere from 3 to 10 cups of iced coffee when mixed with water, depending on how strong you make your cup. We recommend starting with one cup of cold water and slowly adding Big Ass Iced Coffee into the water until you find your perfect strength and color.

Our production process is a labor of love from our small team in Beverly, MA and it takes us over 24 hours to freeze dry one batch of Big Ass Iced Coffee so we don't lose our 100% Arabica coffee beans' strong bold flavor. This means our production times and drops vary from month to month. The best way to ensure you find out about the next drop first is to join the Brew Crew.

Your order is expected to ship within two business days (Monday through Friday) and you will receive an email confirmation when it has shipped with a tracking link. Your order is expected to be delivered within five business days from the day it ships. The only exceptions to this are local deliveries and preorders.
Local delivery is available to customers in the North Shore of Massachusetts only. We will hand-deliver your order to your doorstep within two business days (Monday through Friday). Customers shipping to the North Shore will automatically see a "local delivery" option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on the way and delivered to your doorstep.
Preorder is not available for every drop and shipping times are varied. Each preorder will have the expected ship date listed when you add a preorder item to your cart. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link, and it is expected to be delivered within five business days from the day it ships.

Black Coffee is made of 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia. We work with a private label coffee roaster in Seattle, WA to medium-roast our beans for us and ship them to Beverly, MA where we brew it fresh and freeze dry it for you to enjoy an iced coffee at any time.

No. Instant coffee doesn’t expire, because it does not contain moisture. However, each bag of Big Ass Iced Coffee contains a "Best By" date of 12 months after it is produced to ensure you get the best flavor experience. As time goes by, and if instant coffee isn't stored properly in a cool, dry place with air-tight packaging, it can lose its flavor profile and taste, resulting in a dull or weak coffee taste or coffee crystals that are harder to melt instantly in cold water.

We recommend filling up a Big Ass Iced Coffee Glass Tumbler with cold filtered water, slowly adding Big Ass Iced Coffee to the water with a teaspoon, then closing the top and shaking it between each scoop to get your perfect strength and color. Finish it off with a handful of ice and your favorite straw.
